  They took great care of us!!! We ended up close to the top of Hermits Rest where we were to meet our down hill shuttle ($4.00 bargain) and it started to rain and lightning. The shuttle driver came looking for us as we were 1/2 mile from the top and loaded us up and drove straight to our lodge door in a downpour. Before the storm had a wonderful bike ride $30 for 5 hours of fun and we are 70' year olds who have not been a bike in 20 years. Easy to use bikes and they added a basket for our stuff

  This place is great. Staff was extremely helpful and after helping us with a purchase went the extra mile to tell us all about the area and made recommendations on what to see and do. They were friendlier and more helpful than the rangers! My wife and I were also shocked at how reasonable the prices for everything were.
  
  When we make our second trip to the canyon we're coming straight her to rent some bikes and get coffee.
